金砖铺地红松镶窗 恭王府花园修缮月底亮相

    9月8日，本市最大的房管企业北京房管一公司正式更名为首华建设经营公司，记者从首华公司挂牌仪式上获悉，恭王府花园开始修缮，其中安善堂修复已近尾声，月底前可以露出它修旧如旧的新容颜。
    安善堂位于整个恭王府花园的中间地带。
    记者见到它的时候，看到灰色的砖墙，抹着白色的砖缝，着实吃了一惊。见记者露出惊讶的神色，首华公司古建公司副经理王俊喜笑着说，这不是墙面，而是工程的围挡。由于工程地处国家重点文物保护单位，所以特意选用了砖面图案的围挡，尽量减少工程对周围景观的影响。 　　
    王俊喜告诉记者，安善堂的修缮工程主要内容包括对安善堂北卷进行恢复，南卷挑顶修缮，恢复门窗并进行油漆彩画，室内全部“金砖”满地，顶棚天花板制作。这次修缮的原则是修旧如旧，保持原有古建筑风格不变，因此使用的工艺绝大多数都是旧法工作。
    据悉，全部修缮工程将在2007年前完成，恭王府将在2008年前建成中国首个王府博物馆。（记者刘扬　通讯员李永福 马秋生）
 
丫髻山景区重修待客

    京东道教圣地丫髻山，经过近两年的修旧如旧式的整修，前天迎来主体竣工后的第一天，将于4月28日重新启开山门，迎接八方游客。这颗京东明珠伴着灼灼桃花，迎来了她自己的春天。
    1　新丫髻古朴如初
    田畴桃花灿烂，满山松柏葱郁，山下洳河环绕，山前阶梯直上。穿过山脚下的紫霄宫，自东岳庙山门一路上攀，历回香亭，过巡山殿，拾四十八级台阶抵碑林之后，抬头望见一堵巨大墙壁迎面而立。山顶上两座峰岩皆用巨石包砌，灰浆勾缝，形成十余丈高陡峭而巨大的平台；远望其险峻挺拔的巨大墙体，略呈乳白色，十分耀眼。而建在峰顶平台上的庙宇，皆为灰墙黄瓦。东顶的玉皇阁为重檐圆形建筑，类似天坛的祈年殿，内供玉皇大帝像。西顶的碧霞元君祠大殿内供碧霞元君像(俗称娘娘)，大殿之后为斗姆宫。两顶之间有内供伏羲、神农、黄帝像的三皇殿相连，由此可登东顶、西顶。登顶皆须从钟楼和鼓楼之下门洞而进，宛若进入两座古堡之中，又犹如登上仙山琼阁之境。
    晴空艳阳下，黄色琉璃瓦覆顶的古建筑熠熠生辉，更显得金碧辉煌，雄伟壮观，透着一种神秘感，宛若西藏的布达拉宫一般。
    俯瞰整座庙宇宫观，恍若天宫仙界，令人叹为观止，确实可称之为宏伟壮观，气势非凡。峰顶回望:庙宇连连，香烟缭绕，游人如织。经过近两年的整修，这座京东名山被拂拭得古朴如初，神采飞扬，康乾恢宏壮阔之貌得以原貌呈现。
    2　史上最大规模的修缮
    2000多平方米的修缮范围、1000多万元的投资、从论证到完工近3年的时间跨度，都可以看成是有史以来，丫髻山最大规模的整修。平谷区文委文物中心主任丁宝华告诉记者。数百年间，山上山下建有数十座庙宇，斗姆宫、碧霞元君祠、玉皇阁、钟鼓楼、药王殿、三皇殿、碑林、巡山殿、回香亭、东岳庙、紫霄宫等，形成山上、山腰、山下三组规模宏大巍峨的建筑群。
    由于历史战乱和自然灾害，如此辉煌的建筑和历史碑刻，遭到不同程度的毁坏，有些建筑仅存基址，残碑断碣随处可见。丁宝华说:历史上对丫髻山较大规模的整修，有记载的只有三次，康熙五十二年，启建万寿道场，贺康熙六十大寿，特赐内帑，并皇会布施银五千两，建玉皇阁；康熙五十五年，赐帑金三百两，修造庙宇；道光十六年下旨修缮碧霞元君祠和玉皇阁。此后偶有小修补，但都规模不大，上个世纪八十年代，丫髻山周边群众自发捐款、捐物、出工、出力，修复了西顶娘娘殿等建筑，整修了上山步道，恢复中断了几十年的传统庙会。
    3  修复面积2481平方米
    根据历史的遗存和现状，1983年，平谷县政府将丫髻山碧霞元君祠遗址公布为县级文物保护单位。2001年，市政府将其列为北京市第六批市级文物保护单位。
2004年，丫髻山文物建筑修缮修复工程被北京市列入“人文奥运”文物保护计划之中，修缮修复面积共计2481平方米，由市文物局和区政府共同出资修缮紫霄宫、东大殿、东岳庙、回香亭、御碑亭、万寿亭、山门、三皇殿、西顶碧霞元君祠等建筑。该工程采取公开招标的方式，向社会招标，北京首华建筑经营有限公司(原北京房管一建设经营有限责任公司)中标，并于同年9月开始动工。
