“北京欢乐谷”暑期前对游客开放
    本报讯 以生态乐园为主题的“北京欢乐谷”工程，日前完成室外给水管道安装工程和“蚂蚁王国区”结构及娱乐设施基础工程。据悉，“北京欢乐谷”计划暑期前正式开放，接待中外游客。
   “北京欢乐谷”位于朝阳区东四环四方桥东南角，公园占地约54万平方米，分别由峡湾森林、亚特兰蒂斯、失落玛雅、爱琴港、香格里拉和蚂蚁王国等六个主题区组成。今年，它将作为北京文化产业的区域龙头，以时尚、动感、欢乐、梦幻的人文魅力，成为北京体验旅游的重要标志。北京首华公司在2005年5月中标并进驻此工程后，管理人员精心施工，文明生产，保证了工程质量。
 
北京首华公司启动44栋楼“平改坡”
    本报讯（记者 时永年 通讯员 马秋生） 承担本市“平改坡”工程试点任务的北京首华建设经营有限公司，近日正给居民送发《致居民的一封信》，搭设脚手架，全面启动位于三环、四环路边和南河沿、北河沿路边的44栋楼房“平改坡”。
　　“平改坡”工程是将原有的平项楼房，改造成有坡度屋顶的楼房。按照政府和产权单位各出资50％的比例，本市在完成“平改坡”试点工程基础上，已大规模开始“平改坡”工程。受市建安房屋安全设备管理处委托，北京首华公司在前期对二环、三环、长安街沿线，两广路沿线，前三门沿线，平安大道沿线，东单、西单北大街、三里河路、安立路及世纪坛、奥运场馆周边，凡符合“平改坡”改造要求的多层楼房均进行了普查。对上述地区沿线共435栋多层楼进行了层数、占地面积、使用单位等基础数据的调查、汇总工作，为房屋安全设备管理处提供了第一手资料，并完成5栋楼的试点工程。
　　经市有关部门复核，确定对第一、二批188栋多层楼房进行“平改坡”施工。其中，有国管局系统楼房41栋，鉴于北京首华公司前期为国管局“平改坡”项目做了许多准备工作，对国管局系统房屋情况熟悉，所以将包括国管局系统在内的44栋楼房，屋面面积为3万多平米的“平改坡”施工交给该公司施工。
